The European Commission is still collecting input for the upcoming EU Quantum Act, and the consultation remains open until 26 November. The Act will translate the Quantum Europe Strategy into concrete measures for 2026, focusing on reducing fragmentation, boosting industrial capacity, and strengthening Europe’s quantum supply chains.

Stakeholders across the quantum community, from researchers and universities to start-ups, SMEs and national authorities, are invited to contribute via the Commission’s Have Your Say portal.
